What is the best way to have a real estate sales?
I held one today and some people think that things should be almost free or transferred, how I can prevent this? I have a lot of jewelry (silver, semi-precious stones, fine jwlry) and a prize, but I tell everybody 50% off. Some think that it is not cheap enough, ((for example, sterling silver heart pendant, very fine cubic zirconia with very good size, medium and large), it seems the real white gold, high quality, sold for $ 10.00 And people still think that is too much, these items are new, what kind of techniques I can use as much as I do not give my business there, as I need the money. Dressing up as a simple bazaar, people pay more than worthwhile, not often, or at least a fair price. We certainly do not expect you to give. The premium items to sell an antique.
